If the product you received does not match the order or is damaged during transportation, please take a photo as soon as possible and contact [email protected] in time. Do not send the package to the shipping address on the original package, otherwise the return may not be processed.
If there is no quality problem, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, and with the original tag and packaging. Please do not return the product without the approval of our customer service team. You can apply for a return or refund in the following situations: the product is damaged or missing due to our error, the received product does not match the description, the courier was not successfully delivered and was returned, and the product was not received within the promised time.
If you decide to return the product, please contact us by email and provide the order number, product name or SKU code and the reason for the return. Our customer service will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and provide you with a return address. Please return the product according to our instructions and provide the courier number and valid return voucher after shipping. We will confirm with you by email immediately after receiving the return, and arrange a refund or re-shipment according to your wishes.
Please note that the return package must be sent to the designated address provided by the customer service, and must not be sent back to the original address when it was shipped, so as not to affect the return processing. At the same time, please ensure that there are no non-Femmeglo products in the return package, otherwise we are not responsible for returning such items. In addition, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen during the return process. Please be sure to keep the logistics receipt of the return.
If the product is misprinted, damaged or defective due to our production or transportation errors, we will bear all costs and arrange a refund, and the return shipping fee will be borne by us. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, you can also get a full refund. However, if the order has been shipped, we will not accept the cancellation application. If the package is lost in transportation, we will also refund the full amount. Please make sure that the delivery address you fill in is accurate. If the address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered or the package is returned, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by you; if the product is lost due to the wrong address, we will not compensate.
We may reject a refund request if the product is returned with obvious signs of use, makeup, animal hair, perfume or body odor. The refund time depends on the processing speed of different payment platforms, and it may take up to 7 working days to be reflected in your account.
How to obtain a return label: If the product is shipped incorrectly or damaged during transportation, we are responsible for it. You can download and print the return label; if you return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return postage and label.
